2. Ordering Process

  • Design Creation: You can submit your own design files, work with our design team, or choose from our pre-existing designs.​

  • Production and Delivery: Production typically takes 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Standard shipping within Singapore typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available.

3. Design Restrictions

We reserve the right to reject or modify designs that are:

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful.

  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

  • Violent or promote violence.

  • Sexually explicit or obscene.

  • Politically divisive or inflammatory.

  • Promote illegal activities.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the materials or workmanship.

  • Defective Items: We will gladly replace or refund any item that is found to be defective due to our materials or workmanship within 5 working days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and content uploaded to or created on the Website by you remain your property. However, by uploading or submitting designs, you grant Adversters a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your designs for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adversters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Adversters regarding your use of the Website and services.
